National Wig Out Day is the Friday before Memorial Day and is celebrated around the country (and perhaps the world!) with ordinary people donning their wigs and the alter egos that accompany them and simply having fun.
The original Wig Out in Bellingham, WA consists of a Wig Walk parade around town, a Wig Out Contest and an after party with a group photo taken. We have fun! More about the Bellingham Wig Out here: http://thewigout.wordpress.com/
